Our practice is passionate about helping patients access care. We offer a variety of services, financing options, and discounts to help patients that qualify.

Out of Network Claims and Itemized Receipts: Neuro Eye Team is an open access provider and self-pay office. Many specialty practices in the neuro-optometry industry utilize this structure so they are not limited by the confines of insurance on how to care for and treat patients. As is common with many medical specialties, insurance coverage is often very limited. By being an open access provider, we can help all patients regardless of their insurance provider. We can give you an itemized receipt with the CPT codes and diagnosis codes, so that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We are able to submit for possible reimbursement on your behalf for some major medical providers. Please ask for more information.

Care Credit: As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, the nation's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your procedure immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget. Our practice plan with CareCredit is 6 months deferred interest on amounts $200+.

Military Discount: Military members receive 20% off services (please be prepared to share your military ID)

Senior Discount: Patients 65+ years 20% off services

Payment Plans and Financial Hardship Application: We offer in-house payment plans for treatment services for qualifying patients.
